I would like to take this time to introduce our company to you. 3 Dimension Construction Management was incorporated in July 2002; starting on small commercial projects. As of 2009 this company has developed over $60 million in various commercial projects. We have recurrent relationships with our clients and continue to do quality business with them.Our overall approach is to build on your needs and trust. We will fulfill the vision of the intended project from the study, conceptual design to the closing of the project. The construction process starts with meeting with you and learning your intent of the project. Once your design is ready, we will fast track our pre-construction bidding process for your project with a firm budget, overview schedule and a contract ready for construction. Your projects demand is delivered succinctly and expeditiously. Our project management delivery system ensures the entire process is executed by one sole responsible entity (Operations Manager and General Superintendent) and communications between the team members are seamless.
