Extra Space Naperville, Illinois
This is a state of the art 3-story ground up storage facility project used as the vocal point of Extra Spaces new concept facilities . The project is unique for this 95,000 sf multi-story building using all construction materials from masonry, precast, concrete, metal wall panels, designer wall panels, and many more. It also has 10,000sf of a single story on 3.0 acres of land. This project was competitively bid and with the experience behind 3DCM in the storage industry, the project was completed on time, in budget and complete satisfaction to the owner’s expectations. The project was valued over $6.2 million dollars.
Archdiocese of Chicago – St. John the Evangelist
This project for the Archdiocese of Chicago was very challenging. 3DCM (PM by Brad) was contracted to investigate a continued flooding problem in the administration center of the basement. Upon conclusion found that the new church was blocking the old water flow system. With a design/build approach 3DCM reworked the entire water management system civil engineering, plumbing, concrete and asphalt while St. John’s was continuing day to day operations. The project was completed and verified by the Archdiocese own engineering firm and 3DCM has now been added one of the main firms to be called on for General Contracting work.
