Mr. Harrington has been involved in a broad range of successful experiences in construction management, general contract and design/build projects within the last 20 years. His responsibilities included sales to CEO of corporations, owners representations, sub-contracting, general contracting, overall project management, project estimating, contract writing, contract negotiations, OSHA safety 30 hour, existing structure inspections for renovations and remodeling, feasibility studies, design build project, project scheduling, corporations profit & loss tracking scope document writing & reviews, human resources and employee hands on training.
Mr. Harrington opened up 3 Dimension Construction Management, Inc (3DCM). in 2001 with a partner. In July 2002 3DCM was incorporated. January of 2009, Mr. Harrington bought out his partner and is the sole owner of the corporation.

Life Storage Centers of Algonquin, LLC.
Managed the design/build turnkey system for this storage facility project. This project valued at $3.1 million dollars.
Life Storage Centers of Elgin, LLC.
Managed the design/build renovation of a Kmart building with a full turnkey application to this project. This project valued at $2.0 million dollars.
Storage USA – Round Lake Beach, Illinois.
This project was competitively bid by 6 other general contractors. Managed the design/build turnkey system for this storage facility project. This project valued at $3.4 million dollars.
Public Storage – Hanover Park, Illinois.
Managed the design/build turnkey system for this storage facility project. This project valued at $3.0 million dollars.
Archdiocese of Chicago – St. John the Evangelist.
Managed the design/build turnkey system for this civil engineering project. This project valued at $1.1 million dollars.
St. Francis Woods – Frankfort, Illinois
Was the GC for a $6 million, 55,000 sf Mother house renovations to include healthcare assisted living, residence quarters, chapels, dining room and new kitchen.
