Mr. Harrington started with 3 Dimension Construction Management, Inc., as an Intern while attending Westwood College for Construction Management in May of 2006. Throughout his career at 3DCM, he has served as an Assistant Construction Manager, Company Safety Manager and program coordinator, Construction Manager, Office Sales, Estimating and presently the Chief Estimator.
Mr. Harrington graduated with honors and received his BA in Construction Management. He takes time out to work with new technology and introduces new innovative concepts to the company.

RMS Properties Inc. – Chicago Heights, Illinois
This is a design/build renovation for a storage facility project. The project is unique for this 105,000 s.f. multi-story building and single story all inside storage which has 2.8 acres of additional expandable land to build garden style storage in the future. Mr. Harrington was part of this turnkey process from concept, design, construction, operations and management to the successful sale of the facility this year in May of 2011. This project is still in progress to close for new ownership and is estimated at $5 million dollars.
Life Storage Centers of Elgin, LLC.
While an Intern, this is a storage facility project is an existing K-Mart building converted into self storage. The project is approximately 103,000 s.f. single-story building. This project is still in progress however we achieved a TCO within 4 months from the start date which gave the Owners an early opening of one month. We will be completed with the project. The overall cost for the project was only $1,251,000.00.
